Chef Atul Gokhale is a MBA in Management. An alumnus of IHM Bhubaneswar, Chef Atul is a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI, USA) and is a master trainer for this program. Having worked as Dean and Country Manager for various Hospitality and Tourism training institutes in Gulf Countries, Chef Atul started his career in kitchen to rise to level of Executive Chef in various hotel chains in Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. He heads the team at Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts.

Chef Manoj Patkar is a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) from American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI). An alumnus of IHM Goa, Chef Manoj is MBA in Hospitality Management and has studied Professional Development Programs at Cornell University, USA. He has worked in Taj Mahal hotel - Mumbai, The Oberoi Towers - Mumbai, The Leela – Mumbai, Goa Marriott’s in India and fine dine restaurants in Cyprus and Switzerland. He is and accomplished hospitality educator for over a decade. Recently he has been awarded the ‘Chef Educator of the Year’ award by WICA. He specializes in Indian and Pan Asian Cusines

Chef Hemant is ex Dean of IHM Aurangabad and has rich 38 years’ experience as a chef and administrator having work in various leading hotel groups, in India and abroad. He holds a BA honors degree in Hospitality Management from University of Huddersfield in UK. He guides the Chef Faculty and students of SSCA with his hands on culinary skills and knowledge.

An alumni of Maharashtra State of Catering Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology.  Chef Karan has worked in Canada and USA as a Head of the Kitchen department in different organizations. Chef Karan is passionate about the various Culinary Cultures around the globe. He specializes in European, American and Global Cuisine.

Prior to working in Mumbai and Nashik with Accor Hotels, Rizwan has worked across brands with hotel chains such as Hilton Worldwide, Best Western International and ITC Luxury Hotels. Having worked in chain hotels in U.S.A and Middle East, he has over four years of industry experience specializing in pastry and bakery. He specializes in Pastry and Artisan works.
