Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts (SSCA) is a new member of the Symbiosis family. World over Indian Chefs are most sought after. There is a huge demand of Indian Chefs not only for Indian Hotels and restaurants but globally as well. To meet this demand and also to produce entrepreneurs for the food industry, Symbiosis has decided to launch a 3 year undergraduate programme in Culinary Arts under SSCA.

We are fortunate to have Celebrity Chef Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor as the Chair professor at SSCA. Other eminent faculty from the industry and academia like Chef Vernon Coelho , Mr. Rajiv Matta and many others from this field will guide and mentor the students.
