Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts and Nutritional Sciences (SSCANS), founded in 2016, is a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed) University. SSCANS was established with a view to cater to the need of the food industry to train and develop specialized culinary professionals. This is the first school fully dedicated to offering niche Undergraduate degree qualifications in culinary science and arts in the country. Our flagship Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts has been one of the most sought-after culinary degree in the country.
At SSCANS, our vision is to be a pioneering institution that seamlessly blends the science of nutrition with the art of culinary practice and food technology, fostering a society-wide shift towards holistic wellness.
