Having worked as Dean and Country Manager for various Hospitality and Tourism training institutes in Gulf Countries, Chef Atul started his career in kitchen to rise to level of Executive Chef in various hotel chains in Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. He heads the team at Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts.
Chef Manoj Patkar is a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) from American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI). An alumnus of IHM Goa, Chef Manoj is MBA in Hospitality Management and has studied Professional Development Programs at Cornell University, USA. He has worked in Taj Mahal hotel - Mumbai, The Oberoi Towers - Mumbai, The Leela – Mumbai, Goa Marriott’s in India and fine dine restaurants in Cyprus and Switzerland. He is and accomplished hospitality educator for over a decade. Recently he has been awarded the ‘Chef Educator of the Year 2016’ award by (WICA).
